  Replace windshield wiper blades, apply Rain-X windshield treatment, service windshield washer system, add winter cleaning fluid, test anti-freeze protection level and condition of radiator and heater hoses, test heater operation, inspect condition of tires & shock absorbers, inspect brake linings and rotate tires as needed.
