  • What are the hours of operation?

    Phillips Auto Care is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm
  • Can I drop off my car before hours?

    Yes. Located to the left of the entrance door is an after hours drop box with envelopes that you may fill out with specific instructions. The envelope can then be dropped through the slot located in top of the box. When we arrive, we will call you with an estimate for inspection.
  • What if my vehicle breaks down?

    Phillips Auto Care uses Vern's AAA towing for emergency roadside assistance. If a break-down occurs during normal operating hours, we will call a tow-truck for you and add the towing to the repair bill.
  • What type of cars do you repair?

    Phillips Auto Care has both the technical expertise and equipment to repair both domestic as well as many Asian and European produced vehicles.
  • Do you guarantee your work?

    Yes, Phillips Auto Care has a written warranty on the back of every invoice covering parts and labor for 24 months or 24,000 miles.
  • Will I be charged to inspect my car if I have the repairs done?

    Yes. Diagnosis time spent on a vehicle is part of performing proper automotive service. We prefer to be up front in our billing and not advertise free diagnosis only to hide the inspection time in the repair costs. We provide a complete computerized, easy to read itemized invoice of parts and labor.
  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    Generally that is best. Many times we are able to work a vehicle into a busy day's schedule but it is difficult to provide a promise of same day completion without a previous appointment.
  • When will you contact me about needed repairs?

    After the initial inspection or diagnostic procedure has been performed, our Parts Department will check the availability of the needed parts to get your vehicle repaired. The Service Advisor will then calculate the estimate and call you to inform you of your needs and gain your authorization for repairs. At that time, the Service Advisor will also advise you on the time factor to repair your vehicle.
